Body Pump

Weight training and abs.

F.I.T Body

Total body work - weights, cardio, circuits, core work, varying intensity and routine.

Group Fit/Boot Camp

Boot camp is a fullbody workout which consists of: plyometrics/bodyweight excersises, moderate cardiovascular excersices, and small amounts of free-weight training.

Zumba

Excercise in disquise, cardio, muscle conditioning, flexability, and balance all set to latin music.

Kid's Fit

A chance for your kids to join the fun activities!

Step

Step is a class aimed at aerobic excersies using an elevated platform incorperating various moves going from one foot to the other. Additionally it includes upperbody movements to maximise your calories burned
